We’re looking for a solid worker to join our growing team.
Rankin Plumbing is a local, family-run business with a strong reputation in civil and maintenance plumbing. We work across the Goulburn Valley on key water and sewer infrastructure projects — and we’re proud to do quality work that supports the local community.

We’re after an experienced Civil Labourer who knows their way around a site, works well with others, and has a good attitude.

What You’ll Be Doing

Helping install and maintain water and sewer systems
Working with a crew on various job sites across the region
Operating machinery and general labouring
Keeping sites safe, clean, and up to standard
Occasionally working away from home for certain projects (accommodation and allowances provided)

What You’ll Need

Civil labouring experience (especially in water, sewer, or stormwater)
Construction White Card
Any relevant tickets – excavator, skid steer, HR licence – are a bonus
Physically fit, safety-conscious, and a good team player
Current driver’s licence
Willingness to travel and stay away when needed
