Earthworks Labourers

Duties:

• Perform General Labouring duties on civil, commercial and residential earthworks construction sites

• operate and assist with the use of machinery such as rollers, plate compactors, water carts and dump trucks (if licensed)

• setting out new jobs

• ensure compliance with workplace health and safety standards

• maintain tools and equipment in good working order

• work efficiently as a part of a team under the direction of site supervisors or project managers

Ideal Candidates will have:

• Ability to work Autonomously as well as part of a team to ensure projects are completed on time

• Willingness to Learn and gain new skills 

• Strong work ethic (someone who sees a future in earthworks and wants to grow with us)

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Strong reliability and punctuality is essential

• HR Drivers License - Desirable 

• Previous labouring experience - Desirable 

• Construction White Card
