Civil Labourer Roller Operator

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable civil labourer with a roller ticket to join a 12 week project near Gympie (Lower Wonga) starting after Easter.

Project Details:

• Location: Lower Wonga, QLD
• Start date: Tuesday 7th of April 2026
• Duration: 12 weeks
• Hourly rate: $37.25 + penalties and allowances 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting with grade checking, levelling, conduits, bio basins, footpaths, and curbs
• Installing and maintaining site barriers, signage, and fencing
• Spotting machinery and assisting plant operators
• Setting up enviro controls 
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols
• Rolling of Gravel Pavements (experience is a MUST)
• General Civil Labouring duties as instructed by your Supervisor  

This role is a 50/50 position, so you MUST be willing to perform the above Civil Labouring duties 


Requirements:

• RII Roller ticket and operating experience. 
• Previous civil construction experience.
• Construction white card.
• Australian driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
