We’re recruiting Skilled Operators and Experienced Civil Workers for major civil, drainage and road construction projects and experienced civil labourers across South and West Brisbane

These roles suit switched‑on civil workers who can operate confidently, work safely and support ground crews when required.

Work covers subdivisions, drainage, structures, bulk earthworks, services installation and roadworks across well‑run civil contractors.

Roles Available Advanced Plant Operator

• Excavator Operators (All sizes) – trenching, loading, bulk & detailed works
• Multi‑Skilled Operators – Excavator / Posi / Roller / Moxy combos
• Second Dig Operators – drainage & pipe crews
• Final Trim Excavator Operators – FT GPS experience highly regarded

Pipeline & Civil Trades Crew

• Qualified Drainlayers / Senior Drainage Crew
• Pipe Layers (Stormwater, Sewer, Water)

Requirements / What You’ll Need

• Proven Civil experience
• Machinery tickets (Excavator, Dozer, Roller, Moxy etc.)
• Ability to detail recent projects, machines, tasks & competencies
• Reliable transport & a strong safety‑first approach
