Civil Construction & Directional Drilling Labourer

Due to continued business growth, we are offering an excellent opportunity to join our long‑established Civil Construction and Directional Drilling company. We specialise in underground civil works across the Telstra, NBN and Power networks, with a strong focus on installing and upgrading live and active infrastructure.

We value experience in underground services, trenching, excavator operation, or boring equipment, but it is not essential. Full training will be provided for the right applicant who is motivated, reliable, and eager to learn.

Salary will be negotiated based on experience and skill level.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Pipe Laying

• Pit Installation

• Asset Location

• Plan Reading

• Dial before you Dig Plan Reading

• Working around live assets and mains

• Punctuality and Reliability is a MUST

• Be able to work unsupervised

• Good work ethics

• Dedicated commitment to safety

• High Standard in Quality of work

• LAFHA is mandatory for this role

Certificates required:

• White Card

• Driver Licence

• Truck License - HR
